Slip cast, green glaze with blue cat.
Marked C97 ?
Im sure I’ve seen a few pieces with similar glaze recently.
Always good to get an ID for the many cat collectors out there ( my excuse for more low end ID requests. Thank you! )

The shape is similar to a cat maker that I can’t remember the name of atm, but I believe this is a craft kit piece.
