It would probably fall under the generic 'Empoli' region of glass from Italy. Cased pedestal lidded jar brings up some akin. The exact maker is probably unknown.

Possibly Portieux Vallerysthal usually known as Milk glass or Vitro Porcelain, Can be very difficult to
pin down a maker as so many French firms made similar pieces but various countries like UK also
made it. Good luck
