A charity shop find. It appears to be marked but unreadable; any ideas??? Thanks!

Hi, Thanks for the very late reply! I found this in June 2021 and now I have a correct ID! Having looked at his work I agree with your Identification. Now I have to try and find which box it's in--or did I move it on?? Many thanks!
