Barovier & Toso rostrato glass in Art Deco mantel piece? Empty Barovier & Toso rostrato glass in Art Deco mantel piece?

I was not sure where to post this piece

there is a silver plated Art Deco dog (German shepherd) sitting atop four "rostrato tronchi"

whatever was originally below the dog is missing
