Recent purchase that caught my eye with its colour and form led me to this chap although technically this particular pot is from the 21st century and perhaps should be in a different thread he has been potting since the 70's so figured it was ok here.

I can see that you have made every effort to try and show his mark and I can make out the "SOULE" but does it say "CHRIS" above that?

yes it does but its quite shallow had another go with some talc makes it a little easier to see
