Crown and mushroom mark!
Hi all,
I'm an avid collector of glass, mainly British, and came across this piece in my favourite charity shop. I think it may have originally been an ashtray, nevertheless I liked the shape so picked it up for a couple of pounds. I like to research makers marks etc and usually come up with something but this one has me stumped. Sorry the photo isn't great but the mark is what looks like a crown sitting on a mushroom with the letters W & Q (or Q & W) underneath. If anyone can help I'd be most grateful. Thanks all.
