Picked up a very busy decorated small soup bowl or deep plate it has a vague
registration mark on the base. I would love to know who made it if anybody has any
ideas  Victorian? Blue & White Soup Bowl Registration Mark to base???? 1f603
Diameter is approx 10"

Probably Staffordshire, Lozenge was used between 1842-1883, unless you can
decipher the letters in it, it's as close as we'll get I think.
