Stoneware vase , curly handles, Tom? 1998 Empty Stoneware vase , curly handles, Tom? 1998

Incised name & 98 for 1998. candle holder or just a sculpture.
Can’t find anything matching with Tom, Tone Toue, Toul.
I’m sure it’s someone known as it’s well made.
( I did buy this one - within my budget)
