Does anyone know who potted at this workshop in the early 90s? The decor on this charming little bud vase is similar to Mike Powers. Base pic to follow, Labelled but no mark.

Strange little pot . 14cm high. Stoneware again. Incised mark but not sure how to orientate it to make sense.
The decoration is unusual , black dots and wandering lines of glaze and slightly textured

I've come across the mark a couple of times but not IDed it. Closest I've come to it is a gallery label

3” bud vase, very narrow at neck, unusual decoration - browns with lots of blue dots.
Incised Mark W ? VV? Not sure

This, in my opinion, is a beautiful thing.
Stoneware, incised mark that may possibly be JL.
Any thoughts on the potter welcomed.
