Any idea who's made this? No makers mark that I can detect, but very individual style. H:4 3/4". Impressed decoration around the shoulders.

Thought I might get you with this one... I pick up odd looking things that nobody else wants... But think it is well made and interesting, if not quirky??

Whenever I see quirky I think Robert Cooper and Simon Carroll, but I think they always mark their pieces
