Mezza Filigrana Bowl... Help with identification.

I have tried to find a similar bowl as this with no luck at all. It is a Mezza Filigrana design, but that is all I have found. It is not signed. I have found many pieces posted online with this simple thin spiral ribbon design most of which are Murano in origin. But I have been unable to find a couple examples with a satin finish, and not a single one with a Victorian style ruffled/crimped rim. The base is ground flat and the pontil is ground out (concave). The amount of wear to the base suggests its at least as old as the first half of the 20th century and possibly late 19th century. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
