SCOTTISH ART GLASS VASE ? Empty SCOTTISH ART GLASS VASE ?

A really nice hand made heavy crystal organic vessel with inclusions - silver foil etc. Could be Scottish? It's one of my favourite pieces and I've looked and researched, but no nearer finding out who could have made this. The pontil has been roughly ground out and appears to be unsigned. Height approx 4 1/2". Any help on this one would be very gratefully received.
