Looks to me like fairly modern Chinese or Japanese moulded crackle glaze tea cup. Moulded leaf.
It has a two character mark.

It’s quite a green glaze. Thai celadon, possibly. Modern, imo

It could be Chinese modern but I think Naomi's suggestion is more likely.
