Pottery MCM bowl, German? Empty Pottery MCM bowl, German?

7” dish hand painted flowers
Moulded mark on base 297 18.
I’m guessing German 1960s 1970s?
Possible maker?
Not found similar online and it hasn’t sold without a name!
It’s all in the name ( or sometimes it is)
