I like this one, a little like Leach imo but has not got the markings

Can any one help ?

I do keep a few amateur pieces around the house/garden when they have something about them.

Might be pre-60s when incised marks were more common. Maybe Peter Bamber, Wales

I think it appears to be 50s/60s vintage.
