Double handled drip glaze art pottery, I've had a look through the usual suspects but can't find anything similar. Maybe continental? Belgian?

Pretty sure it's continental. France comes to mind somehow.
Sure I've seen this type of glaze before somewhere.

Denbac, Fives-Lille, Pierrefonds maybe,

Belgium glaze colours; Art Nouveau-Art Deco shape; but a bit too “clean” for Belgium Art Pottery. Maybe Austrian?

Bizarrely there is an identical one about to finish on eBay, the seller is not sure of maker either. Their description is "Jugendstil Secessionist Belgium Art Nouveau Pottery Drip Glaze Art Pottery Vase"
