Belgium glaze colours; Art Nouveau-Art Deco shape; but a bit too “clean” for Belgium Art Pottery. Maybe Austrian?

Re: Drip Glaze Art Pottery
Bizarrely there is an identical one about to finish on eBay, the seller is not sure of maker either. Their description is "Jugendstil Secessionist Belgium Art Nouveau Pottery Drip Glaze Art Pottery Vase"
