More like a green nuka glaze than a crystalline one. I’m not seeing any marks. Looks like the glaze puddled round the foot and they’ve had to grind the whole lot off. Implies a hobby potter or a glaze test piece

Thanks Naomi . Green "nuka" sounds interesting, I'll research that, will be good to learn something new.
The marks are near on impossible to make out, even with magnification.

It has had the base ground down considerably because the glaze has run and stuck to the shelf during the firing. However, from what is left, it looks to have been factory produced to me, because of the glaze blob inside the foot.

Also possible it's Chinese. I've seen a few drippy ground bottoms on chinese giftware before now.
