Hello all. Does this type of pottery look familiar to anyone here? To me, it has a French flair. Also, can anyone decipher the signature. Thank you!!

I’ve come across similar signatures before but they seems to be decorators rather than a potter. It’s a rustic style of pottery; possibly made in Mexico and based on traditional Spanish folkware
