Figurine by Dressel, Kister & Co Passau, Bavaria, Germany
I am trying to identify the maker of a ceramic figurine I have. It shows a couple courting in a pastoral scene. The piece is about 7" in diameter and 8" tall. The makers mark is a geometric pattern that looks like a letter C with dots and a tail (sorry, that's the best description I can come up with). There is also and incised Maltese cross and a piece number 4472. Anyone have any ideas who the maker is?
Thanks,
Joe

I suspect the painted mark may be the Decorator's mark.
The four numbers suggest German or Austrian.
The cross maybe the factory mark.
