Yellow-green Soviet or German vase - Bay? Empty Yellow-green Soviet or German vase - Bay?

I found another vintage former soviet union vase. The vase is yellow-green, 29cm height, 17cm max diameter.

I like design of this vase, it reminds me vases from Bay (WGP). But I haven't seen such decor from W. Germany vases.

The writing seems to be mirror-reversed Russian. When I'm with it tomorrow I will try to flip it and translate to see if it is interesting....

Russian is my native language. I think this is the imprint of the newspaper on which the vase stood :)

UPD: This is a printout of instructions for preparing a developer for films and photographic papers.
