Geometric Candelabra lamp, Italian ? ID please? Empty Geometric Candelabra lamp, Italian ? ID please?

Hello I've recently purchased this beautiful black and white metal "candelabra" lamp of Stunning quality and design. (As you can tell I'm rather taken with it)

I should think it's 1980s and I'd guess Italian? Although could be completely wrong.

If anyone has any idea of the maker or any useful information I would be very grateful.
