RMO impressed mark, help heeded Empty RMO impressed mark, help heeded

Hello. I wonder if anyone recognises this mark. The plate ( large dinner plate size) is textured/rough to the touch, with lovely strong brush strokes. It looks very modern. It cost me 50p from a charity shop as it's broken, but I like it and it the perfect size for my cactus plant.
