Without any provenance or a potter seeing it and saying that they made it, I would suggest that it would be difficult for anyone to confirm. At the best someone might say "most likely".

Also I wonder if it might have come with a saucer, which might have been marked?

I haven’t compared their mochaware styles yet but I’m sure it could be pinned down to one of those three
