Green vase, ice crystal finish, Concave ground Base Empty Green vase, ice crystal finish, Concave ground Base

Unusual cylindrical emerald vase, clear “ice crystals ‘stuck’ on outside.
Base is ground and concave.
Glass is v bubbly - reminds me of Erik Höglund pieces.
No luck searching ice crystal glass etc or Höglund.

I know ZBS used that kind of crystal decoration on their pieces as well, although this doesn't look like one of theirs, but l thought I'd put it out there..

I’m such a beginner with glass that I hadn’t heard of ZBS and I can see they’re really important glass makers.
