Jug with sponged chickens. Empty Jug with sponged chickens.

My first tought was Nicholas Mosse, but it's too heavy, and the handle looks wrong.
The chickens look sponged on, and there are some dots of applied slip.
The impressed rosette on the base of the handle is probably decorative.

The photo of the mark is too over exposed to make it out
