Trying to ID this potter... 'HW', '+W', 'MH', 'M+', '+E', '3+' who knows?? Anyone recognise the mark? Thanks

Please add a photo of the whole piece. It can give clues to the origin. Not a mark I recognise so I’m guessing it’s not British
