Very nice quality hand blown 'ripple' effect lead crystal glass dish with central raised semi spherical finger bowl? Could be Dartington? Looks old - very scratched base. Diameter 10 3/4", height: 2". Very wobbly look to it - hand made. Any idea of age / maker? Can't find it on search. Thanks

Looks Dartington one of their two way change of use designs however not one I know, maybe Rayware or one of the other copiers
