Book, smoking pipe and owl?? Empty Book, smoking pipe and owl??

This is quite large owl at 31 cm total height, book included. Book is 27 cm long. Pipe, some kind of Savinelli. Matte glazed (I mean the lack of shine in the glaze) ceramic. Perhaps tobacciana item?

Anyone recognise the piece? Mould numbers (I guess) at the bottom of the book. And some writing on the spine of the book. Perhaps just design addition, probably not maker. Otto and something I think.
