1875 landscape oil painting

Is anyone familiar with this 19th c artist? "Mary L Logie?" and have you seen other works by her?; too, this particular painting is signed 3x with the same date? hmm! Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

It's a tenuous connection but a Mary L. Logie was the daughter of a Judge Logie, of Hamilton, Canada. She married in 1890, but that's all I can find by searching "Mary L. Logie".
If your picture is a Canadian scene then it would fit with that Mary who, as the daughter of a presumably wealthy family would likely have engaged in such pursuits as painting as a way of killing time until a suitable husband came along.
