Signed wavy blues vase 1978 Empty Signed wavy blues vase 1978

Swirly blues and clear, wavy rim, 6” tall. Cut pontil.
Signed on base, can’t read first word but may end in letter y. Second word looks like Puholla or P. Uholla 78.
I’ve looked up variations on what I can read. Hope someone recognises it.
