Re: Teabowl with tiny impressed L mark.
There was an Irish potter at Hatfield last year who made pots with tiny foot rims. I couldn’t take a photo of his mark because he’d bluetacked them down to stop them falling off the display shelves

If it helps, I've owned this bowl for more than 15 years.

Re: Teabowl with tiny impressed L mark.
Isn't it an L with a horizontal line underneath?
Strictly speaking it isn't really a teabowl but I imagine that it how it would be described if being sold....... to increase the price. Not suggesting that is why you called it that GG. I made the remark for those that might come across the Forum in the future.

Thanks, S-P, and I didn't think you might have been suggesting ulterior motives, although having worked in sales I recognise the technique.
It's odd but I've been collecting pottery for most of my life (so far) but it's only recently that I've become more interested in the details so I'm still learning the nomenclature. One thing's certain, though; I've no interest in selling anything. The precioussss is miiiine
