Elsham Hall is in N. Lincolnshire. I can't find details on the pottery but assume that it was an on-site affair. It doesn't seem to be an active pottery now.
The Hall's website says that it has 'Mad as a Hatter' events for visitors to decorate bisque blanks but doesn't mention whether these are their own or bought in.

A miniature Elsham Hall pot, just shy of 2" high and simply decorated. Probably circa 1980-1990.
