There's a copy of this etching advertised for sale on a certain well-known auction website. It identifies the artist as Fritz Laderer.

I don't know what it might be worth but it is an early etching (4) from a large edition (300) and that would make it more desirable than later strikes from the same plate.

He was Jewish so he was sent to a concentration camp during the war. This may explain the mood of your etching
