A nicely done sun symbol both inside and out of this bowl with ring foot.
The seal looks to be an R or K (possibly with a P in the mix) sat inside an O, C or G. Certainly a distinctive mark, but is it familiar to anyone?

K as a mark in British studio is quite rare. So, a long shot. Could that be a D with a K inside it? If so, Dorothy Kemp is a possibility.
