Don't think it is a Bernard Rooke. Inavariably the have Rooke or BR on them, Never ever seen one with a script. Their work is Very commercially orientated. What is the glaze inside?

There were some platters by Charles Bound in an Adam Partridge auction that’s looked a bit similar. He has a couple of stamps that can be difficult to see on a rough surface

Best to set the px size to 640 when uploading photos so they fit in the box
