Stoneware Vase with 2 marks KM RM?

This vase has 2 marks covered in glaze. Each mark is in a rounded rectangle or square. The first mark appears to be a reversed K connected to an M, and the second mark a reversed R connected to M. The vase has a contemporary southwest feel but in the last few weeks I have found pieces from Australia, the UK, Japan and other parts of the US. I searched The Marks Project without success. The close up photo was taken with the vase standing upright. The vase is approximately 21.5cm tall (8-1/2 inches).
Any ideas concerning the maker are appreciated.
