Egg Shape Decorated with Landscape, Trees, House Signed Empty Egg Shape Decorated with Landscape, Trees, House Signed

I am unable to decipher the signature. I am more interested in knowing what this object is and in which country it was made. It has a landscape in orange, yellow, green and black with trees and a house. It measures approximately 5.5 inches tall (13.97cm) and 4-1/2 inches (11.43cm) in diameter. Hand written signature on the bottom.
