It would be nice if they are but if so they'd have to be from very early in her career when she was making plainer-looking wares, but even then her work bore little resemblance to this pair. I have seen a few teapots by Janice but the only similarity to mine is a short, stumpy, high-angled spout she put on a couple of hers. I can't find an example of her work with a JT mark similar to that on my teapots.

I believe she used a JT stamp on pieces produced for Next but it was a raised JT where as yours is inset.

That's interesting because the JT is raised on the pots. It looks almost like the letters were piped in thick slip on top of the depression left from pressing the handle in place.
