Any ideas? I think the writing might say Italy and 7464.

Yes, Italian. Signed Italy 7464. Not a form I’ve come across before so I don’t know if it’s Bitossi or another manufacturer, but worth searching Bitossi

Thanks Naomi. You might be right. I've not found one the same shape or pattern but some have Italy written in what looks like the same handwriting.
