That is a nice piece. The simple elegance of a few strokes makes for a minimalistic beauty. But as to who made it? No indication much from the actual pot itself. Perhaps a potter with a sculptural side? Some one like Peter Wright and his interlocking figures.

It all looks professionally executed but I don't recall seeing anything like it on stoneware pottery before. However, I is not possible to keep abreast of every trend. Sorry

Are the nudes modelled in relief or is it a trick of the eye that makes them appear to stand out from the dish?

Maybe it’s just a coincidence but I came across this limited edition print signed Rosalynd Skinner, which I photographed a year ago . Maybe there’s a link; if only that both artists were inspired by a more famous carving
