porcelain pot with mystery mark

Porcelain bowl


My wife and I were at an estate sale, It was the last day of the sale so they were offering $5 bags. I filled a bag with nicer items that had makers marks/ back stamps etc… So now I am looking for the makers mark on this porcelain bowl. Back stamps appear on the bottom of a plates. In general, they were impressed into the surface of pieces made before 1899, so printed stamps mean the dish was made after 1900. This may not be true of bowls. I can find nothing on the internet with this mark. The bowl is 2 inches high and 3.5 inches wide with a lid. I don’t have the history. I think the mark has an anchor on the left and an alien on the right. There are flowers painted on with glaze. Looks like gold paint.
