Bought this in a French brocante - told it was British - the base reads Nymans ... isn't that in Sweden?!

7.5 inches tall - widest diameter 5 inches.

A variety of applications - xax resist, paint, spray (possibly diffuser or airbrush).

Marks on base:

MJ
Nymans

What do you think? Do you recognize it in any way?
