Never Saw Anything like these candlesticks, can anyone help me?

Picked these up at my local thrift store and was intrigued by them.  I've never seen anything like them before and cannot find anything like them on line. They are ceramic and are signed with a P under the felt on the bottom.  They're very art nouveau in style, but as I mentioned before, I've never seen anything quite like them and cannot find others like them.  Any help in researching them would be greatly appreciated.

Did you take the felt off both bases to check for marks?

Yes, there is no detectable mark on the other one. These I think are low fired, terracotta. Thanks Naomi!
