Coffee Mug stamped Tpm YwH Handmade -Evgeni Ivanov, Bulgaria

Belated seasons greetings to all
Can anyone help with an ID on this little cup I found today, I just can't seem to make any sense of what is a quite clear potters mark, maybe the alcohol has killed off a little bit more of the grey matter, but i'm stumped

 

is it Welsh? They don't always bother with vowels

If it says "Tou You" before Handmade then it could well be made in Japan, as there are Japanese connections with that name. It doesn't have any typical Japanese features though.

It appears to read either Tpm Ywm or TpH YwH or any combination of both.

Help with this coffee mug ID thanks, TPM Y**M or H on the end > handmade and incised triangle mark. Red earthenware with white interior glaze, very nice and colourful, thanks.

Could that second word be York?

Yes a possibility, but not a very clear mark.

I sold it this week and customer recognized the mark. I will get back to the customer and acquire some more info.

Here is a mug attributed to Tony Yeh from a recent sale on Ebay.

Seems to be the Bulgarian potter  Evgeni Ivanov. The link below says " Evgeni grew up in Troyan and studied at the Troyan School of Ceramics before attending The National Art Academy.  In 1998, Evgeni began producing his own style of pottery under the name Tri Ushi." Which with my limited knowledge of Cyrillic would fit pretty well with the mark.
