Hi guys, I pick up a couple of these dinky pots the other day, the stamp looks like two arrows or maybe upside down trees. Nicely glazed I think with a good think lip, does anyone recognize the potter.another generic brown pot Img_0911

I have corrected the photos, I see what you mean about the w, the other pot has the same stamp also with the vertical line, when I first saw them I thought w but in stronger light I am now not so sure

I wonder if it could be Michael Woods but I cant find a picture of a whole pot to compare!

Michael Woods is possible. Closest in the Marks book are Peter Mitchell and Mollie Winterburn, and also a similar W on an Iona pot which may have been M for Mackenzie. I’ve come across it a few times before but still waiting for one with a label
