Please could someone help with the identification of this small bowl please.

I bought this from the family of a collector who recently passed away. The collection consisted of over 300 pieces of studio pottery , mostly Australian. With some lovely pieces by the like of Shigeo Shiga , Peter Rushforth , Phillip McConnell , Bernard Sahm to name a few. all the pieces date from the late 1960's through to the 1980's.

The number written on the base of the bowl was done by the collector but the family can't find the catalogue to identify it.
