Found a great small decanter at the thrift store, looks like flint glass?  pontil mark on bottom and #41.  Etched Roman/ Greek Head, Sandblasted? raised blue pattern.  Measures approx. 8" high and 3 1/2" at its widest.  Glass is kind of primitive with air bubbles and coarse pontil mark.  Would love some direction on how to research this item because I can't seem to find anything like it.  It might be American, Boston Sandwich Glass maybe?  Just a guest.  Any help would be greatfully appreciated.
