Not sure if this item "fits" but wanted to share and hopefully learn.  Purchased this teapot w/warmer at a Washington, DC area estate sale.  The sale included a number of high end pieces, many of European origin.  I was drawn to this piece largely because of the form but also the low gloss cobalt glaze.  The laminated wood handle is suggestive of Gropius design - Rosenthal has produced a Gropius teapot so feel that rules out this manufacturer but do feel it is European.  (Suppose it could be Thomas of Rosenthal?)  There are no marks or labels on either piece.   By appearance seldom used - I would estimate it dates from the 80s or 90s at the earliest and certainly could be much later.  Welcome any/all comments.
