Studio footed porcelain bowl, fake stitching Empty Studio footed porcelain bowl, fake stitching

4” across, well thrown, holes and pretend holes with clay to “tie it all together”.
What kind of glaze is it? And who? Any ideas?

It’s an ash glaze on porcelain. Any chance there’s a faint stamp on the base?

I’ve remembered this came with a Victor Margrie label. - Written by the collector who sometimes attributed pots incorrectly. There are similar cut & added to bowls in the V & A (unmarked). Does this sound like a possibility? There are not many pictures of his work online.

I’ve investigated Victor Margrie’s work before but it didn’t seem to be as well made as your piece
