Unusual giraffe figure Empty Unusual giraffe figure

Does anyone have a clue who this could be made by. I thought maybe jersey pottery as I have seen similar cats but the worn off label appears to be a silver border with another border of red and gold and not Jersey Pottery blue sticker. It measures 2 1/2”.Unusual giraffe figure 8f2ab610

Looks like Russian or Royal Dux maybe.

My first thought was Russian or maybe Czech. Reminded me a bit of the Cubist Louis Wain cats. I will look into Royal Dux. Thank you.
